« Clean, spacious, well-equipped home. Cute pool and relaxing Jacuzzi. We are AZ natives but moved to Nashville 2 years ago. We brought our sons back (13 & 16) to visit friends and grandparents. « Mini getaway to attend GCU graduation and we couldn’t have found a better spot! The house was EXACTLY as listed- new and quality everything! Amber was a pleasure to work with and even welcomed us with a case of waters waiting in the fridge - small but thoughtful and appreciated gesture 😊 Beds were a medium firm with pillows ranging from soft to firm - linens were nice and cool - bathrooms, including water pressure & temperature were perfect. « The pictures of this house really do not give it justice. It was even bigger than we expected and had everything we needed. The back yard was amazing!! We came to visit many family members and wanted a house for a hang out spot and this house was perfect! The host was very responsive and helpful. We hope to visit again! »

« We stayed here with our 2 young kids and 2 dogs. It was the best place we have ever stayed! It had every amenity we needed and was in a great location close to stores and restaurants. The house itself was very comfortable and spacious, and the backyard was amazing! The pool was a great size and temperature and there was plenty of comfy seats for everyone. We hope to stay here again for a future visit. »

« It was very nice. So much nicer than a hotel. Was hoping to use the hot tub but it wasn’t working at the time. Host apologized numerous times. Everything else was very nice. « Check-in was easy and host was very accommodating. There has been mention in other reviews regarding window coverings. If that is an issue for you, then come prepared with solutions. We did and found the solutions were pretty easy. Close to many parks and State Farm Stadium. We chose to take the 20-30 minute walk to the stadium each time, rather than fight traffic and parking. For that reason alone, this property gets our overall rating of 5. »

« Everything was great! The only comment I have is the air fresheners were very overwhelming and strong. A lot of people have chemical sensitivities and we had to set them outside because we couldn’t tolerate them. »

« Our family really enjoyed staying at this house. It was one of the best well-stocked homes we have stayed at in the last 10 years. The boys really enjoyed the pool and game room and there was plenty of room for each of us. Close to Peoria for Mariners Spring Training games. Laura was very easy to communicate with and responded quickly to any questions or requests. We would definitely recommend. »
