« Property was quiet, warm and generally clean - good location so we could walk to a couple of restaurants. Would have felt safer if other clients remembered to close the inner front door, which was on a keypad lock!! A couple of minor things which I mentioned directly to the Mode people - but not a deal-breaker! »

« Very personable couple. We got upgraded to the penthouse which was a really nice room with the biggest TV i've seen in any accommodation i've booked thus far. Nice little extras in the room too, such as little chocolates/biscuits, toilet roll being pressed, and water in the fridge. Would definitely stay again if we plan another trip to blackpool in the future. »

« The property did not fully match the listing, one of the bedrooms shown in the photos does not appear to exist, and the room our children were going to stay in had visible mould on the walls. While the property had been cleaned well, this is clearly a maintenance issue rather than a cleaning one. The hot tub, which was a key reason for booking, was not available on our first night. We were only told after arrival that a pump had been fitted that day and it needed time to heat overnight. This was...
