The Beebe House is a beautifully updated historic home located on Main Street in downtown Lexington. It`s perfect for those in town for W&L and VMI events and both campuses are easily walkable! This completely renovated home has the charm of an old house with modern amenities and upgrades. Come experience downtown Lexington in style and comfort!

We are situated in downtown Lexington and have designated off street parking and a private entrance. This well appointed house has every comfort of home with room for you to spread out and relax. The kitchen comes completely stocked with coffee, essentials, and everything you need to cook a meal.

Guests have access to the main living areas and bedrooms. The basement and attic are off limits to guests. The home is attached to commercial retail space, which shares the parking lot, but commercial areas have separate entrances.

We do not live on the property, but we have a local team who can provide assistance as necessary. We will not interfere with our guests` visit but can always be reached by message, email, or phone.

Historic downtown Lexington is brimming with charm! Take a stroll on the brick sidewalks and peruse the local art galleries and charming retail stores. Grab a cup of espresso, a homemade gelato, or enjoy a meal featuring local meat and produce.

The Beebe House is located in downtown Lexington and is very walkable to and from many local restaurants and attractions. We recommend bringing your own vehicle for getting around, however, as there are very limited public and shared transportation options.

We are a 10 minute drive to the VA Horse Center and a 20 minute drive to Natural Bridge.

Just up Main Street you’ll find Oak Grove Cemetery, the burial place of Stonewall Jackson and a must-see tourist destination for anyone visiting Lexington! The home is attached to commercial retail space, which shares the parking lot, but commercial areas have separate entrances.

Additional note: As a pet-friendly property, we warmly welcome your pets. Please note that a pet fee of $150 will be added to your reservation to ensure thorough cleaning for our next guests, especially those with allergies. Parking is available onsite with 2 dedicated parking spaces in the private lot located directly behind the building. Additional vehicles should use public parking.

✅ Free Street Parking – Available throughout downtown Lexington. Free for up to 2 hours until 6 PM. Overnight parking is allowed unless otherwise posted.
✅ Jefferson Street Public Parking Lot – 3-hour parking limit on weekdays until 6 PM. Free on weekends and overnight parking is allowed.
✅ Randolph Street Public Parking Lot – 3-hour parking limit on weekdays until 6 PM. Free on weekends and overnight parking is allowed.
✅ Courthouse Parking Garage – Free all-day parking. Overnight parking is not permitted.

- All overnight guests must be registered with your reservation.
- Parties are not permitted. Please limit unregistered house guests to five additional people.
- Please be respectful of our neighbors by keeping your noise level low, especially after 10pm.
- When leaving the house, please turn off lights to conserve energy.
- If an item is broken or damaged, please let us know so we can repair or replace it.
- Please be respectful of the space and treat it with care. We want to ensure that all our guests arrive to a clean, happy, and inviting space!
