« Sara’s responses were prompt. She’s an excellent host. Very understanding, kind, an extremely nice person. The unit was exceptionally clean. However, the noise coming from other residents was frustrating! The units exhaust fans was used to ground out noise coming from the 2nd floor unit. This was reported twice to Ms. Sara. And promptly she went to the HOA. Ms. Sara did her job as an host. The HOA failed on their end. And apparently let it go! Because from that point the noise increased! All...

« My family and I spend a week in Lewes every summer, but this was our first time at this house. The entire process and house was perfect. Mike is great at communication and adhering to the guests needs. Check-in process was a breeze and the house was well equipped and clean. We opted to bring our own linens, and bikes. « It was our second stay at this hotel with the family. The location is excellent, with a beautiful ocean view, and the room was spacious and equipped with all the necessary amenities. Overall, the room was clean, although there were a few flies that had likely gotten in at some point. The main issue during our stay was the extremely poor sound insulation and the noise from the neighbors above us. On the first night, there was prolonged loud noise coming from their room that was clearly audible...

« The appeared to be a little rough around the collar, not as professional as most places. However, the stay itself was good. The rooms are nice, as are the amenities such as sitting room with fireplace. The breakfast in the morning was quite terrible some items being overcooked others items being cold. The wine and cheese from 5 to 6 was a very nice gesture, I enjoyed that. Also loved having the wonderful fireplace on the rainy night. »
