« Ms. H had outstanding customer service at check in. The property was nice and smelled good, rooms were clean and I liked that the rooms had Dove hygiene products. The hot tub was big and the water was perfect. It could use a little TLC. There was a small crack.on the floor.of the pool and the door did not work with the.card reader, the clerk had to climb through the window in the gym to open it. »

« The hotel is kind of ok. It is not worth $175 a night. Maybe $80. The hotel did not smell clean, just musty. I asked for a quiet room, there were loud kiddos above me and beside me. On morning one, we went down for coffee because there was only enough for two cups in our room. The coffee was, at best, lukewarm, and almost empty. There were several staff members standing around and no one offered to make more and watched as we heated it in the microwave. I stated 4 people to our room, so...
