« I travel to Leticia every two to three months, I am not a tourist. I think this place takes it for granted that tourists will want to stay in an eco friendly place. « The room smelt like mold!! Staff was very unfriendly and unhelpful!! I was forced to leave after the fist night after breathing the MOLD and mildew! Fell sick after ....Terrible and worse place. I do NOT recommend this hotel find some where else !! I would have give zero stars if that was the option. »

« Le lieux est magnifique en bordure du fleuve Amazone. Belle piscine, la zone de cocktail, la restauration sont agreables, mais l'etat general d'entretien global de l'etablissement, des chambres ainsi que des salles de bain laissent à désirer. Quel dommage pour un établissement de ce type qui devait être très beau à ses debuts. De plus l'accueil à la reception se fait d'une manière froide avec très peu de sourire... »

« Hvis man søger fred og ro er hotellet perfekt, idet det ligger 5 km uden for byen. Det er meget uheldigt, at det på Hotels.com er angivet at ligge midt i Leticia bycentrum, hvilket er helt forkert og misvisende. Men det er rigtig søde ansatte på hotellet, der har en dejlig og ren pool, store hytter og masser af grønne områder. Bestemt et godt opholf. »
