Welcome to Crane's Nest! Relax in this lovely year-round, 3 bed home on a private ½ acre treed lot in Belair Forest. Enjoy lounging in the screened porch or soaking up the sun on the deck. Cozy up in the living room with wood burning stove and watch movies or play games. Short walk to a park and the lake where you can enjoy beautiful sunsets. Short drive to many amazing sandy beaches in the area! Also great for ATV, snowmobiling, fishing (summer and winter), boating, biking, hiking, golf, etc!

Open concept living area with vaulted pine ceilings and wood burning stove. Large fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and huge dining table (seats 6). WIFI is available! Living room has a TV (with Firestick), DVD player, lots of movies. Patio doors off kitchen to a gorgeous screened porch with forest views. Window unit air conditioner in living area. Master bedroom has a queen sized bed, desk, TV/DVD Player/Monitor, ceiling fan and closet. The second bedroom has double/single bunk bed, closet and patio doors to access the front deck. There is another 8 x 9 room off the kitchen with a Day Bed (great for daytime reading) that can be used as a 3rd bedroom by closing the barn door and converting the Day Bed to a single or king-size bed. Large 3 piece Bathroom (shower, toilet, vanity). Enjoy the sun on the beautiful deck on front (south) side of the house. Yard has beautiful trees and flowers, a fire pit, a badminton net and a great outdoor sitting area with propane BBQ. Short walk to park and the lake where you can see beautiful sunsets. The beach is rocky and not best for swimming, however there are many sandy beaches a short drive away. Also close to all amenities such as stores, restaurants, hotel, boating, golf, fishing (summer and winter), hiking, quad trails, snowmobile trails, ski trails, bike trails.

Cozy Cabin in the Woods
This was a lovely winter retreat. Lots of windows, bedrooms were simple and the main area was open and inviting. We couldn't enjoy the yard as it was still snowy, but the trees around the property helped it feel quite private.

Stayed here for 2 nights with my family and 2 dogs. The place was very comfortable and roomy. We mostly just huddled around the fire and played some games. I would definitely stay here again, maybe during the summer months though

Great place to relax
Very well appointed cottage in beautiful setting. Host very helpful. Nice little getaway mid week. Was able to work remotely and still enjoy the last taste of summer lake like. Would highly recommend and plan to go back someday.

Nice little getaway for our family!
My family really enjoyed our stay at this cabin! (3 adults, 2 children and 2 dogs) There was enough space for all of us comfortably and we made use of most of them, inside and out. The photos and description were accurate. We were pleasantly surprised by all that the surrounding area had to offer as well. Melissa was so friendly and quick to respond to any questions. I would recommend this place.

Belair Cottage
We really enjoyed our short stay, wished it could have been longer! My family was very comfortable and happy. The area is beautiful for exploring and walking around. We appreciated the air conditioning, large kitchen, and the screened in porch, It’s very large and tons of seating. We had just about everything we needed, just a few minor essentials were missing but overall it was a very nice stay. We will definitely rent again and refer the cottage to others. Thank you Melissa for all your help and prompt responses to my questions.

Serenity in Belair
Great space in a beautiful area! We loved the privacy and trees! The cabin has a great screened in room, lots of spaces outside to be in or out of the sun, and just a fantastic space to spend time with our family!!

Had a great time staying here. The property is beautiful. Only complain I might have is, my pillow wasn’t very comfortable, and some of the knives were very dull… That’s not what I came there for though. Winter weekend
Cozy, clean year round get away. Great place to walk, or sled trails are close by. Lots of room for 2 couples with kids, and putting winter gear out of the way. Will stay again!
