« We loved our weekend getaway! Remote location, we enjoyed exploring some nearby trails, looking for wildlife tracks, and wading at the swimming hole. The driving directions were very helpful and while SUV would likely be beneficial on some of the roads, our Subaru Outback did just fine. Accommodations were as described and beds were comfortable. I really enjoyed drinking my coffee while watching the sunrise and my toddler play in the living room. »

« I’ve stayed at this cabin a few times now. It’s in a great location if you want to be close to the Buffalo River. Cell service is spotty, which is really a blessing as I get away from my phone and enjoy reading or sitting on the porch. David is an excellent host! »

« Loved the cabin and loved the care that Sheri put into it. It felt like home. Be sure to check out the books in the sunroom, we found some amazing waterfalls and will be purchasing that book to better plan our trip back. Even made use of the hiking sticks and were glad we had them. Cabin was clean and well stocked for our needs...even had plenty of quality toilet paper, not the cheap stuff most cabins use. Thank you, Sheri, for sharing your beautiful cabin with us! »

« Clean and cozy cottage with a beautiful view. Host was very responsive and left wonderful details for nearby restaurants and also instruction for any emergencies. Beds were comfortable. Back porch was wonderful for morning coffee! Cell phone coverage was not available at the location. I'm not sure if it was the storm that was happening or the remoteness of the location. Host does provide Wi-Fi however, so we were able to still use the phones. We really enjoyed our stay here and would stay...

« Everything was great the only thing I would say to the host would be to refresh the towels they did not smell good you could tell they had been under the sink for awhile. It also wouldn't hurt to bring your own toilet paper. I did enjoy the amenities and the fact that she didn't send me a whole list of things to do before check out. She was also very quick to reply. »
