Perched on a spectacular hillside overlooking Baie Rouge, Infinity Blue Villa is one of the most exceptional luxury villas in Les Terres Basses, Saint Martin.
Set within a lush 2.5-acre tropical estate, this stunning 8-bedroom, 8-bathroom villa accommodates up to 16 guests and offers extraordinary privacy, breathtaking Caribbean views and direct private access to one of the island's most beautiful beaches.

With its elevated position, the villa enjoys a spectacular 180° panorama over Saint Martin, the Caribbean Sea and the island of Anguilla.

And then there is the sea…

A private pathway winds down through the tropical gardens to Baie Rouge beach, with a private Caribbean gazebo along the way — the perfect spot to stop for a drink, relax in the shade and take in the incredible views.

Infinity Blue Villa has been designed to make the most of its spectacular surroundings.
The main level opens onto a magnificent heated swimming pool, surrounded by comfortable sunbeds, four-poster daybeds, lounging areas and tropical gardens. A fully equipped outdoor kitchen and bar, together with a covered dining area for 16, make this the perfect setting for long lunches, sunset cocktails and unforgettable evenings with family and friends.

The villa's impressive 1,200 sq. ft. living room opens completely onto the pool area and the ocean-facing terraces through ten large sliding glass doors.
