Fees Upon Arrival

• Damage deposit: €600 (refundable provided there is no damage, items missing, or extra cleaning required)
• Tourist tax (18+): €5.06/person/stay.
• This amount is subject to change. Please consult the local municipality for the exact amount based on your stay dates


Included Options

• Parking: 1 spot in covered parking
• While end-of-stay cleaning is included, it excludes the kitchen and dishes. You'll need to tidy the kitchen and do the dishes to avoid extra fees. We provide a welcome kit, which won't be replenished once depleted. Please ensure general tidiness, including managing waste and linens, otherwise, additional fees may apply. Full check-out procedures will be provided before your arrival.

Additional Options

• Bed linens: €20 for double bed kit & €15 for simple bed kit (please book in advance, at least one week before arrival)
