Villa La Quiete is a newly built villa with swimming pool for vacation rental in the heart of Salento, just two minutes from Lecce.
In the large garden with pool and lawn, there are also sunbeds for the solarium, outdoor showers , area for parking cars.
The villa consists of two apartments with 4 beds each, both equipped with air conditioning, washing machine, wi-fi internet, dishwasher, electric oven and induction hob, hair dryer and TV.

Villa La Quiete is a brand new vacation solution in the Salento countryside.
The garden is fully fenced, manicured with green lawn that frames the beautiful swimming pool, equipped with solarium and outdoor showers.
The villa consists of 2 adjacent apartments, completely autonomous and independent.
The interior of each apartment consists of: living room with kitchenette, dining room, sofa and TV; 1 double bedroom with en suite bathroom and 1 twin bedroom with en suite bathroom. All rooms are air-conditioned.
Villa La Quiete offers a total of up to 8 beds.

Villa La Quiete stands in the Salento countryside, halfway between the towns of Lequile and Copertino.
In
the latter, in particular, there is a beautiful fortified castle worth
visiting. The city of Lecce is less than 10 minutes away by car. The
nearest beaches are those of Nardò and Porto Cesareo.
 


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Check-in details: WELCOME POINT in Via Silvio Pellico 23 - Lecce (at the agency Lupiae Vacanze).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Mandatory change at euro 25 per person for stays longer than 10 nights (1 change), for stays longer than 17 nights (2 changes) and for stays longer than 24 nights (3 changes).
- Pool available from May to October.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- The villa is composed by 2 adjacent and completely autonomous and independent apartments.
