« Overall, fantastic stay! The only negative point was the comfort of the sofa-bed. This is minor, but I wouldn't advertise sleeping 6 ''comfortably''. Nevertheless, it deserves a good 4.5/5 and we'd stay there again. »

« We really enjoyed our small reunion. All descriptions/ communications of the location/cabin by landlord was accurate, no regrets on our booking decision. If we were forced to provide a negative point....it would be the water never got hot for showers or dishwashing. We worked around it, and had an amazing time catching up and the place was very clean and there was TONS of activities available for everyone. We had an amazing weekend, thank you. »

« We decided to spend our honeymoon in PEC, staying at the Runaway Rooster for 4 nights. Karen & George were super welcoming and great to communicate with. Knowing of our recent special occasion, they were kind enough to greet us with a local fave Rose wine, chilled and ready for us upon arrival. « We had a great time both inside and outside of the cottage. Mike was very helpful by providing quick guides and trying to accommodate our needs. This place has all you need for a enjoyable relaxing vacation: wifi, TV and games and a well equipped kitchen inside; bbq, canoe, kayak, pedalo, and firepit and chairs by the lake outside. « Everything was perfect except for the walk down to the cottage. I had a 92 year old with a walker. We got her down to the cottage very carefully. Sunsets beautiful snd the swans and a loon. Saw a really large woodpecker. Weather was perfect got to eat all meals outside. »
