You'll have two covered parking spaces under the carport and free street parking. (Please note: The driveway is steep and shared with neighbors; please drive slowly as small dogs may be present.) 🚘

Step onto the patio to experience the grandeur of the mountain vistas. Equipped with lounge seating, dining space, a BBQ grill, a firepit, and more, making it the perfect location to enjoy your morning coffee, or bask in the sunset with a glass of wine. 🍷



Guest Access:

To ensure your convenience and security, our home is equipped with a smart system and a front door accessed by a code and smart lock. The code and all relevant details for your arrival will be provided through the booking platform on the morning of check-in. There are two assigned parking spaces under the carport, as well as free street parking throughout the neighborhood.

Getting Around:

The home comes with two assigned covered parking spaces, and you're also welcome to park on the street.



It takes about 15-20 minutes to get anywhere in San Diego from the home by car. Alternative transportation options are Lyft, Uber or the San Diego Metropolitan Transit System.

For stays longer than 30 days, please contact the host prior to booking.



The washer and dryer are only available to guests with reservations of five nights or longer.



While our first priority is ensuring our guests enjoy their stay, we have an equally important commitment to the safety and well-being of our neighbors and community. Please review all the house rules listed below prior to confirming your reservation.



While we hope to never encounter this scenario, by confirming your reservation, you are acknowledging that your reservation can be terminated mid-stay for violating any of these rules. If everything is agreeable, great! We can’t wait to welcome you and do everything possible to make sure you have an amazing stay.



DURATION

Check-in is 4:00PM or later unless other arrangements have been approved by the host.

Access instructions will be sent through the booking platform the morning of your stay only after the guest agreement has been signed.

Check-out is at 11:00AM unless previously discussed. Guests shall vacate the unit at the end of its rental period.

If the housekeepers arrive on time at 11:00 AM and the unit is not vacated, guests will be charged $100 every fifteen minutes past 11:00 AM (pass through) for their delay. Guests who overstay their reservation prevent us from offering reservations with same day transitions and creates operational challenges for our housekeeping staff and for guests arriving the same day. We are equally committed to making sure the house is ready for your arrival as well.



GUEST

You must be at least 25 years old to reserve our property.

Guests who wish to make a reservation must have a completed profile on the booking platform, including an email, phone number, and a clear photograph of your face (so we know the person booking is in fact the person checking in).



NOISE

This home is located in a quiet neighborhood, and we participate in a community noise reduction program. Thank you for your cooperation in helping us be good neighbors!

We have a zero-tolerance policy for noise complaints, parties or gatherings of any sort. Please respect our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum.



QUIET HOURS

Observed daily from 10:00PM-8:00AM.



ADDITIONAL GUESTS, EVENTS, and GATHERINGS

We ask that all guests let us know in advance if they plan on having any visitors during their stay. You may not have additional guests or visitors unless previously authorized by the host.

Unauthorized additional guests/visitors will result in an unauthorized visitor fee of $250 per person.

If using party decorations, please do not use tape that will damage the paint on the walls, confetti or glitter in the home or backyard. If any tape, decorations, glitter, or confetti are found on the property following your stay, you will be charged an additional cleaning fee.



PETS

Unfortunately, we do not allow pets at the property.

Guests who bring unauthorized pets onto the property will be responsible for a fine of $250 per pet, and any additional cleaning charges based on the cleanliness of the home at time of check-out.

Please note that even if there’s a no-pets policy, there may have been service animals in the past. We cannot guarantee that the property is completely free of pet allergens.



DAMAGE

Guests are required to report all damage that occurred during their stay to the host via the booking platform, prior to check-out. We understand accidents happen, but guests will be financially responsible for any damage that occurs during their reservation that is not covered by the damage waiver.

Please do not remove any furnishings, equipment, or items from the unit, including any linen, dishes, or any other items from the unit. Guests will be liable for any additional costs, charges or expenses resulting from any damage, lost or stolen items, or excessive check-out cleaning.



SMOKING

Our property is 100% smoke free; including both private and communal areas, the unit itself, and any other public areas within the building and the communal property regardless of whether inside or out. You must be totally off of the premises and on public property to smoke. If you're a regular smoker and feel you'll have a hard time following this rule we kindly suggest you look into another property.

Evidence of smoking will result in a fine up to $2,000 for smoke remediation.



ILLEGAL ACTIVITY

No illegal activity or illicit substances are permitted on the premises: doing either will result in immediate eviction from the property, and may also result in law enforcement involvement.

We stayed here for a little under two months. This Home was absolutely amazing in the outdoor sanctuary was so beautiful. I think one of my favorite aspects of the outdoor area was not only the seating the relaxing pavilion area with a TV, the area that we could do yoga in the morning if we wanted to and The Incredible amount of different types of roses all over the garden area!! The home was absolutely beautiful and wonderful, so relaxing, and it was so easy for us to feel like this was our second home! Every time something happened that we needed help with in the home the host was super responsive and took care of everything. They possibly could as soon as possible for us. We’ll be back in San Diego again in a few months And Hope we would have the opportunity to stay here again!!

This house was lovely and immaculate. What I liked most was that it was impressively well-appointed! The kitchen was fully equipped for meal prep and serving. I expect certain necessary items to be provided: soap and TP, for example. This house provided much more than the minimum. Throughout the house there were lots of nice touches: spices, tea and coffee, food storage supplies, cotton swabs and rounds, yoga mats, beach towels, lots of pillows, several clocks, a drawer containing tape, scissors, etc., to name a few. The front patio was inviting. It rained most days we visited so we didn’t get to use it, but it looked like it would be fun to hang out there. It looked just like the pictures online. The host, Bernard, was pleasant and answered my questions promptly. I would stay here again.
