Welcome to this lovely Nusa Lembongan villa, your dream tropical getaway by the beach. This charming Nusa Lembongan villa boasts three beautifully decorated bedrooms with 1.5 bathrooms. The entire property has a warm wooden tone, giving it a modern twist on a cozy cottage feel. Situated right on the beach, the villa features a private pool and breathtaking sea views.
Each of the three bedrooms provides a tranquil haven with air conditioning, wardrobes and contemporary shared bathroom.

The spacious living room is bright and semi-open, creating an airy and comfortable space perfect for socializing with loved ones. The fully equipped kitchen makes meal preparation simple and enjoyable.

The dining table offers stunning views over the ocean—ideal for shared meals and board games. The comfortable lounge area is a cozy spot to relax and enjoy the scenery.

Outside, the villa's spectacular pool is the focal point, surrounded by sun loungers for soaking up the Bali sun. The magnificent lounge area right by the sea is the perfect place to watch the sunset. This Villa is the ultimate tropical retreat, with every detail designed for your comfort and enjoyment.

The living/common area of this villa is semi-open with AC, and the glass door that can be opened to allow for a natural breeze.

Bali being a tropical island, it is not unusual to spot exotic animals from time to time (bats, lizards, bugs…). All of them are completely harmless and part of local everyday life.

*Car parking is not available at the villa. There is only space for scooters.

**Please note that Bali is an island served by a single electricity provider. As a result, occasional power outages may occur and are beyond the host’s control. The property is not equipped with a generator, and we are therefore unable to offer refunds in the event of such interruptions.

FAQs

- Q: What time is the Check-in policy?
-A: Please be informed that check-in time is at 15:00 by default. Arriving earlier? No problem, we will manage for you to drop your luggage first and start exploring the area while waiting for the villa to be ready. If you need an early check in we will try to accommodate you but we can’t promise, it is subject to the villa availability. Please note that late check-in after 8 PM is charged IDR 100k. These charges occur for longer staff attendance reasons.

- Q: What time is the Check-out policy?
- A: Our check-out time is at 10:00am by default. Late check-out is subject to availability and may involve extra charge. Please note that for any late check-out between 10:00 – 15:00; an additional charge of 50% of the Daily Villa Rate will apply. Any check-out after 15:00, will be charged at a full day's Daily Villa Rate. If you need to store your luggage after check-out time, please get in touch with us. Should the villa be empty, we'll be happy to store them.

- Q : Do we have a housekeeping service every day?
- A : Yes, there will be a housekeeping service every day at your convenience. For the sake of respecting every guest's privacy, please kindly arrange with your butler should you wish your villa to be cleaned and at what time. Service occurs once a day.

- Q : Can we have extra clean towels?
For eco-friendly reasons towels are changed every three days. Please leave them on the floor for our staff to pick-it up. Towels left hanging on racks will be considered clean if not on the floor.

- Q : What is the maximum occupancy for this villa?
- A : This villa is for 6 people, but the maximum capacity is for 7 people which means that the 7th is counted as extra guests. The extra guest fee would be IDR200K/night/person from 2 years old.

Payment & Cancellation Policy
All of our rates are non-refundable. The total cost of your stay is required upon booking. All payments can safely be made by credit card or bank transfer through our online platform by clicking the « book now » button.

Damage Deposit
A damage deposit of IDR 2,000,000 is required upon check-in and will be refunded upon departure after the villa has been inspected by our team.

⁠- Quiet hours: 8:00 PM - 6:00 AM
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas. A penalty of IDR 3,000,000 will be applied if indoor smoking is detected, in addition to any charges for damages or extra cleaning.
