« Hotel was in good order, appeared very well managed. Room was spacious and more than adequate for my 10 days. Must express my deepest thanks and respects to all the on site staff who were always amazingly helpful and courteous. The restaurant food was wonderful, and they also catered for slight alterations to meals to accommodate individual tastes. Thank you all for enhancing my stay with your kindness. Bless you all. »

« This hotel is not really managed in any meaningful sense. Wifi went down for three days, which meant going off to another hotel to work. They gave me a carton of orange juice by way of apology! The lady at reception also didn't know that only one of the POS machines works for international cards so lots of time wasted try to make a payment. I checked out and moved to Nordic hotel -- more expensive but at least stuff works and you can get things done. I should say that staff at the View are...
