A comfortable 139 square-feet stay with easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. The bathroom follows ecologically sustainable principles, including a cassette toilet with a removable waste-holding tank, hand basin, and shower (gas heated for hot showers) for you to use.

Guests will have access to the tiny house and its surrounding areas, except the land host's private residence.

Guests will have complete access to the amenities, including the coin-operated laundry, coin-operated showers, cooking equipment, and pizza oven.

- Smoking is allowed outside but not in the dune area as it is a fire hazard
- Don't forget to close the windows, and lock the doors when leaving the tiny house
- Make sure to turn off the lights, air conditioning, and electronics (e.g., especially chargers)
- Please note that this is a PET-FRIENDLY property, and pet policies will be sent prior to arrival
- We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge

Important note:

- Due to the nature of the property, abundant wildlife may be present on the property
- Keep in mind that BBQ grills and outdoor fire pits are not available during a total fire ban
- Gas BBQ available in front of the camp kitchen all year around, also a gas-fired pizza oven
- Dropping cigarette butts on dry grass can start a bushfire. Please put out your cigarettes properly
- In order to maintain the cleanliness and functionality of our cassette toilets a minimum additional cleaning fee is applied for stays of 5 nights or more. We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring a hygienic experience during your stay.
