By Train:
Leicester Railway Station is about 4.5 miles away (approx. 15 minutes by car or taxi), offering direct connections to cities like London, Birmingham, and Nottingham.

By Foot or Bike:
The neighbourhood is pedestrian- and bike-friendly, with scenic routes nearby, including Watermead Park and the Grand Union Canal paths for leisurely walks or cycling.

For all booking we will need to take ID and a deposit.

● You will need to let us know your time of arrival in advance as we like to meet you at the property.

● Check in is 3pm and check out is 10am this allows our housekeeper time to make sure the property is spotless for when the next guest arrives.

● We can be flexible on this, please ask at time of booking.

● There is small cleaning fee of £100 per booking on short term stays.

● Long term stays can request a mid stay clean for £25.

● In order to ensure the safety of our guest:

➤➤ There are cameras over the front door and the backdoor, these also help us if you have trouble getting in when we are not around.

➤➤ There is a replacement charge of £25 for lost keys.

● Strictly NO parties or LARGE gatherings, we like our neighbors and so we want to keep them happy. Max of 13 guests to stay in the house. We will ask you to leave if you are in breach of these terms.

● Wi-Fi is Super Fast and we will share this code on arrival.
