« The hotel was nice, and staff were friendly. The breakfast and all day coffee were wonderful, but I was disappointed the hot tub was not available. My even bigger disappointment was the error by Expedia in selling and collecting my payment for a 2 bed spacious suite. When I got to the hotel, staff told me that that room was unavailable, so they gave me a one bed studio suite, which rented for far less than what I had paid Expedia for. When I asked the hotel manager for a refund of the price...

« Odeur de cigarette dans une chambre non fumeur. Cendre de cigarette sur la base de lit. Fenêtre très sale. »

« Bien que réservée depuis longtemps, la chambre n’était pas prêteà notre arrivée vers 16 hrs 15. Chambre non-fumeur avec une senteur de cigarettes. Un lit avec aucun drap. Direct sur le couvre-matelat et couvre lit. Une femme de chambre est venue nous porter un drap tout froissé et l’a jeté sur le lit. On a dû lui demander de faire le lit. On a aussi rapporté la cafetière qui était «croûtée «  pas seulement un peu sale........ dégueulasse. Beaucoup de saleté par terre dans les coins. Ala...

« we have a quite disappointing staying there as start the lack of communication is unspeakable they send me a message with main door code and room code, which nowadays phones filter it as spam, rather than send through Expedia or personal email, it get worst when it comes to security, all the room has the same code, it’s scary like someone figurs out all has the same code or even by mistake open the same door. In the first room, it was too cold below 70 despite the heating is working all day...

« The hotel was lovely, and the rooms were comfortable. Outside the hotel, for several hours a night, cars drove by with modified mufflers, revving their engines and playing loud, reverberating music. It was so disruptive to any sense of peace and quiet, especially between the hours of 10 PM and 2 AM. Really nice place, but will not return due to the street activity and noise. »

« I had a terrible experience at this motel. The room had no heating and no hot water, which is completely unacceptable, especially in cold weather. When I went to the front desk to ask for another room, the staff were very rude and unprofessional. Instead of helping, they treated me disrespectfully. Because the room was not livable, I left the motel. I believe I should be fully reimbursed, since they did not provide the basic conditions promised. I do not recommend this place to anyone. »
