Villa Yana by the sea is situated in the south of Lefkada in the magnificent Ammuso bay with
Its clear crystal water.
The Villa is planted in a complete private resort providing the guest full privacy and the opportunity to enjoy from all the joys Greece can offer without getting out of the compound.
The resort is characterized by combining the inside of the villa with the surrounding area, creating sea and freedom atmosphere.
In the villa 5 suites with a double bed each with sea view and private balconies, and another smaller suite on the back side of the villa with 2 single beds. One of the bedrooms with the double bed, has also a sofa bed that can accommodate additionally 2 people.
The villa is disabled friendly.
It is constructed as part of the nature in an underground green concept enabling maximum preservation of nature and energy saving. The villa was built with modern architecture clean lines and meticulous minimalist furniture.
It is fully equipped with inside and outside kitchens, with many seating areas both inside and outside and all you need inside the rooms.
At the outside of the villa you will find an infinity pool (116m2 ), 20 meter long, with area of shallow water for relaxation. a built heated Jacuzzi with jets for 8 persons and 2 fully covered pergolas.
The highlight of the resort is the sea with its direct private access . Few steps from the pool and you will find yourself next to the sea water with relaxing area and build pontoon enabling docking small boats and water enjoyments.
***Yana By The sea has 5 suites bedrooms with sea view and private balconies to each suit and extra small suite with 2 single beds. It also offers an extra guest house for 2 people, closer to the sea!
All rooms include TV ,Bathroom with shower and independence air conditioning unit.
**** Ammouso bay is located on the south of Lefkada .The access to Ammouso is through the village of Marandohori which is on the main road to Vasiliki.
On the village of Marandohori you can find super market ,bakery and few tavernas.

Kindly be advised that the owner of the villa has done all necessary proactive disinfestation, always in line to the environmental laws for the protection of the natural life. However the property is located within the beautiful natural surroundings and contact with insects or small animals (eg stray cats, mice, reptiles, flies, mosquitos, ants etc) cannot always be prevented.

The Ammouso bay is an hidden gem among Lefkada’s beaches . It has a main beach with coffee bar and nice tavern and there are also some small hidden beaches where you can swim and shnorkel.
