Villa Eleanor - in a prime location. One of the very few rental properties with walking distance of Sivota Bay. The villa is accessed via a tarmac road, not a dirt road as with many other villas in the area.

Welcome to Villa Eleanor a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom Villa, that spans across two floors.
The top floor consists of an open plan fully equipped Kitchen, including 4 burner electric hob, oven, dishwasher and coffee maker and all your other essentials.
The living, dining area, has ample seating room for both dining and lounging. There's also a 43'' smart TV and games console.
Large sliding doors lead to a large balcony with an outside dining table, close to the BBQ. From here you can enjoy spectacular views of the entrance to the bay and neighboring Islands of Ithica and Meganisi. Watching the sail boats come and go throughout the day is just mesmerizing.
Also located on the top floor is one double bedroom with A/C and a bathroom with shower, toilet and hand basin.

The lower level consists of a large Master Bedroom, with A/C, a floor to ceiling wardrobe, a chest of draws and two bedside tables.
The bedrooms large sliding doors lead to a covered seating area, with an under counter fridge and bar with bar stools. This area then leads to the 8m x 5m private infinity pool with Roman steps. Out by the pool you will find plenty of loungers and a nice shady corner for a spot of book reading. The lounging area is surrounded by gardens, lush shrubs, fruit trees and Olive Trees, which adds to the privacy of the property
Also, on the ground floor you will find a twin bedroom with A/C and doors to the pool area. A bathroom with a shower, toilet, and hand basin and a storage cupboard with washing machine, iron, ironing board etc.

Villa Eleanor is approximately a 10 to 15 minute walk into Sivota Bay, where you will find a mix of restaurants serving traditional dishes and freshly caught fish. Along with three mini markets and two bakery serving fresh bread daily. There's also several souvenir shops and a pharmacy.

The neighboring village of Marantochori is approximately a 5 minute drive from the villa, where you will find two larger supermarkets,another bakery and a couple of Lovely traditional tavernas.

There's no end of things to do and places to see in and around Sivota Bay. Why not hire a day boat from Yannis at Ionion Taverna and cruise along the coastline exploring the beautiful caves. You can even pop over to Meganisi for a spot of lunch.
If boating is not for you, the stunning beach of Afteli is approximately a 10 minute drive from the villa, where you will also find a small beach bar serving refreshments.

The larger towns of Vasillki or Nidri are approximately a 20 minute drive from the villa where you will find a mixture of cafes, bars, restaurants and shops.
