A private gated, light filled coastal chic, three level, five bedroom, four bath villa just steps away from Agios Ioannis beach. The villa is only 2 kilometers from Lefkada's main entrance,the causeway bridge, and a 25 minute drive from Aktion Airport.

La Reina boasts three levels of living with two separate entrances perfect for groups of up to ten, multiple families and extended families. A private upper grand level is also perfect for honeymooners.

The villa offers expansive sea and mountain views incuding a nightly view of the spectacular Ionian Sunset. Just steps away from the numerous restaurantss, cafes, relaxing beach bars and kite surfing clubs. Lefkada's main town is a 15 minute walk away.

The private paved and gated driveway is operated by remote control and has space available for up to four vehichles.

The bedrooms include one king, three queen and one full double beds. There are four full bathrooms including three bathtubs, one which is an extra large soaking tub with a waterfall shower and one walk in shower. Hair dryers are included in each bathroom. The villa includes two fully equiped kitchens with two refrigerators, two freezers, two microwaves, two ovens, two filtered coffee makers, juicers, blenders, mixers, bar tools, professional grade cooking supplies, large pantry space and a dishwasher.
The villa also includes a large capacity washer and dryer. Ironing boards and irons are available on all three levels.

Two desigated covered outdoor dining tables plus two indoor dining tables and counter space provide ample dining areas. There is a designated work space including a chair,desk and lighting. High speed wifi is included.

Light weights, yoga mat, jump ropes and outdoor bycicles are included for fitness. A large outdoor terrace overlooking the sea and hillside makes for a perfect spot for morning yoga. A buit in regulation adjustable height basketball hoop on court is also included on the propety.

The lawn is perfect for patio games. There is a grille on the property. Pool lounge chairs and patio chairs surround the pool area. The pool is a private inground marble pebble pro pool with running fountain and lights and a separate wadding pool/ sunbathing pool area. Yard games and pool toys are included.

Air conditioners are included in every bedroom and all common areas.

Smart TVs are included in every bedroom and common areas.

Kindly be advised that the owner of the villa has done all necessary proactive disinfestation, always in line to the environmental laws for the protection of the natural life. However the property is located within the beautiful natural surroundings and contact with insects or small animals (eg stray cats, mice, reptiles, flies, mosquitoes, ants etc) cannot always be prevented.

Please note:
• A minimum stay charge applies depending on the season. Prices also vary according to the exact number of guests. To avoid any misunderstandings, kindly ensure that you select the correct number of people when making your booking.
• If the size or configuration of your group changes before arrival and differs from your original booking, additional charges may apply.
• An additional 15€/day environmental fee should be paid in cash directly to the owner upon arrival.
