The Space:

The property features two bedrooms in the main part of the house—two king sized beds and one small bedroom located outside of the house with 2 twin beds—giving your group the perfect balance of togetherness and privacy. Start your walkthrough outdoors, where the patio invites you to slow down and take in those tree-lined lake views. A table for al fresco dining, comfortable seating, and a grill set the stage for long evenings spent outside, while a screened-in room provides a breezy place to relax without worrying about the elements.



Inside the cottage, the living room welcomes you with a cozy couch, a desk for remote working, and a smart TV for movie nights after a day on the water. The fully equipped kitchen makes cooking feel easy, offering both Keurig and drip coffee for early mornings on the deck. A dining table for six creates a perfect space for shared meals, laughter, and planning tomorrow’s lake adventures.

This home comfortably sleeps 6 guests between 2 private bedrooms inside the cottage and 1 private room outside of the cottage.


Bedroom #1 is located in the cottage and includes a king size bed and a half bathroom, a desk for remote working, and breath taking views of the lake from bed.

Bedroom #2 is also located inside the cottage and includes a king size bed with a private standup shower bathroom.

The cottage also includes a full guest bathroom with a double vanity and a walk-in shower.

The extra room outside of the cottage with the 2 twin beds does not have a bathroom or a closet, only shelves and a tv.



THINGS TO NOTE:

- Washer and dryer in home.

- There is a large firepit with bench seating in the backyard. The firepit is a great way to enjoy evening on the lake. Firewood is not included with your rental, however the property is wooded and you are welcome to collect as much dead wood around the property as you wish to, and any firewood left by previous guest is yours to use. Additional firewood can be found for purchase nearby. There are plenty of houses and business nearby that sell firewood all year round for cheap. (typically $60 for a truckload)

- Driveway parking for 6 vehicles available. You can easily park up to a 24' boat in the driveway.

- This home is equipped with one (2) external security cameras located at the front and rear porch and actively monitoring the parking and grilling area.

- Pets are welcome for an additional fee of $75 per stay.

- We understand that pets are a part of your family, and we welcome well-behaved pets in our vacation rental. To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests, we kindly request adherence to the following guidelines:

- Pets must be well-behaved, house-trained, and under the control of their owners at all times. Excessive barking, aggressive behavior, or any disturbances to neighbors are not permitted. Pets should not be left unattended in the property unless in a secure crate or carrier.

- Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets both inside the rental and in the surrounding areas. Any damage caused by pets will be charged accordingly.

- Pets are not allowed on furniture, including beds and sofas. Please bring your pet's bedding or crate for their comfort.

- Guests are responsible for complying with local leash laws and pet regulations.

- Failure to comply with this pet policy may result in additional cleaning fees, Damage fees, or, in severe cases, termination of the rental agreement without refund.

- By bringing your pet to our vacation rental, you agree to adhere to these guidelines. We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring a pleasant experience for all our guests.
