Situated at the Villa Pool, this quaint cottage is perfect for a couple or small family. Two bedrooms accommodate adults and older kids, and bunk beds – cleverly built in to the laundry area – sleep small children. Front and back porches – the latte overlooking the pool directly below and the lake beyond – offer ample space to relax outdoors.

Chesnut Bay has 2 Beach Areas with Chairs and Umbrellas furnished . Boat and Jet Rentals on Site. 2 Pools, Basketball court and Swing set for the kids. Free Kayaks, water bicycles also on the Great Escapes side there is 2 playgrounds , basketball court, ice cream shop, gift shop, waterpark, jumping pillow, corn hole, horse shoes.

The Neighborhood:
Chesnut Bay Resort and Great Escapes RV resorts and Pirates Bay Waterpark are nestled in a small community on Weiss Lake in Leesburg , Alabama.

Getting Around:
Great Escapes rent golf carts for 75.00 @ day and you have to be 21 years old to rent one and 18 to drive. No outside
golf carts are allowed. We are only a short distance to Dollar General in Leesburg and 10 minutes from Walmart. We have several local food recomendations.

RESTRICTIONS
Maximum 6 guests. No smoking.

TERMS
Three night minimum for peak season weekend stay. Four night minimum for holiday weekend stay during peak season. Three night minimum for Thanksgiving and Christmas. $140 cleaning fee and 10% Alabama lodging tax applicable per rental. Cherokee County surcharge tax $2/night.

RATES
$165/night peak season, $130/night off season.
