« We mostly enjoyed our stay here. Great view and big room, convenient parking. The walls and rooms looked quiet beat up. They also needed to have curtains or blinds on top windows. Another reason for 4 stars was the communication after booking that we were responsible for cleaning up. For example told to empty our own rubbish to the bins outside, start dishwashers etc. Although this is a small ask, people on holidays don't want to do extra to clean up for themselves, just something to note when...

« Overall, the property was great. The unit was very close to the clubhouse which was great. We'd spend the mornings/early afternoons hiking at Zion and then go to the pool area afterwards. Kids loved the pool area and adults loved the hot tub. Our unit was clean and well equipped for kids with plenty of board games, ping pong table, pool floaties and electric scooters. Not too far of a drive to Zion. A nice escape from the hustle and bustle of the busy town of Springdale. We would stay here again if we have the opportunity to come back! »
