This spacious four-bedroom house in Leeds LS8 is entirely yours for the stay - no shared spaces and no other guests. It`s a great base for larger groups or families, sleeping up to nine guests, and comes with its own hot tub.

The house has four bedrooms, a full bathroom, and a well-equipped kitchen with an oven, hob, microwave, kettle, toaster and fridge freezer, so you can cook proper meals during your stay. The living room has a comfortable sofa and a smart TV, and fast WiFi covers the whole property.

Quiet hours run from 10pm to 8am, and visitors are welcome as long as numbers stay under double what`s booked and things stay quiet in the evening. Check-in is self-service via lockbox at the left gate pillar, with your code sent ahead of arrival.
