« Great location with an easy drive to Oxford. Nice setting. Clean and comfortable. Like others said, you can hear the people upstairs moving around but white noise helps with that, and they provide a white noise machine. Just what I needed to meet up with an old college friend at Miami. »

« Great place to stay if you're riding bike trails in Xenia area. House was very clean & very comfortable.Keurig coffeemaker & a selection of coffee pods are provided. Minor hiccup with getting correct code for door, but host was quick to get it resolved. »

« Noticed the basement light on went down stairs and found sheets/towels in the washer and dryer. I put the towels in the dryer and placed the dried sheets in a basket. The carpet very dirty. Kitchen floor dirty, knobs and stove dirty. Because of the uncleanness I did not use the kitchen other than a few glasses. The sink seemed to be backing up when I turned on the water to wash the glasses. Bathroom floor and baseboards dirty. The owners communicated very well prior to the stay. It has great...
