Main Features:
-Living Spaces: The main level features an inviting living room with retro furnishings, a cozy fireplace, and large windows and an even larger deck that offers peek-a-boo mountain and river views. The open-concept design seamlessly connects the living area to the dining room and transitions into the main level kitchen and another eat area with deck access where you can take in the fresh mountain air.
-Kitchen & Kitchenette: Enjoy the convenience of the fully-equipped kitchen on the main level and the kitchenette on the lower level. The main level kitchen boasts modern appliances and classic decor, perfect for preparing meals with a nostalgic flair. The kitchenette, located on the lower level, provides additional space for cooking and entertaining with close proximity to the recreation room and an additional sleeping area.
-Bedrooms: The cabin offers three comfortable bedrooms spread across the top two levels. The primary bedroom on the top level includes a king-sized bed and just across the hall is another guest bedroom with a queen sized bed. There is also a full sized bathroom to make getting ready a cinch. On the main level you'll find a queen bedroom and in the open recreation room on the bottom level there are two twin beds, all thoughtfully decorated with retro touches.
-Recreation Room: The lower level includes a spacious recreation room, equipped with a vintage piano, a ping pong table, a wood stove and a classic entertainment system. It's the perfect spot for movie nights, board game sessions, or simply relaxing with friends and family.
-Outdoor Spaces: Step outside to enjoy multiple deck areas, complete with outdoor seating, a barbecue grill, and breathtaking views of the Icicle River. Enjoy the gorgeous mature landscaping where summer blooms will delight you as you meander around the property. Please Note:
The driveway is steep! While our snow removal team does their very best to keep the driveway navigable in the winter, rapidly changing conditions can make access both to and from the home challenging. In the winter months, you are welcome to park below in the cul de sac.
While there is a path to the river, it is unkept. You are welcome to use it, but please be aware that it is not maintained. Please be sure to avoid trespassing on neighboring property.
If you are planning to visit during the winter or summer months, we highly recommend purchasing travel insurance. The weather can be unpredictable during these seasons and we hold firm to our cancelation policy.
