• The listing is for three separate condos within a hotel-style timeshare apartment complex, and similar to a hotel, the exact unit is assigned at check-in.

• There are multiple buildings in this apartment complex. We make requests to the front desk staff to assign the units close to each other, but we cannot guarantee that they will be next to each other or on the same floor or in the same building because it depends on what is available for your reservation time frame. In the worst case, you will have units in different buildings that are up to 1700 feet apart.

- First bedroom: king bed.
- Second bedroom: two twin beds.
- Living room: queen Murphy bed for those “extra guest” moments.

- Full kitchen: includes microwave, oven, coffee maker, and dishwasher, so you can reheat, brew, or bake as needed.
- Two full bathrooms. Because waiting in line isn’t part of your vacation
- Private Balcony or Patio (The exact view and layout may vary depending on the assigned units.)
- In-unit Washer & Dryer, so your suitcase doesn’t have to carry the whole trip
- Outdoor Barbecue Grill (shared at the resort, along with laughs and grill debates)

Each unit can accommodate up to 6 guests.

Please note: some units have stairs, but ground-floor requests for medical needs are available (subject to availability).

Other things to note
- The guest making the reservation must be 21 years of age and present a photo ID/credit card for a $250 refundable deposit per apartment at check-in.

-Since three units are assigned, three guest names are required - one per unit. If the main guest plans to arrive later, the reservation should be under the name of the guest arriving first, with the secondary and third guests listed as well.

- The three units may be in different buildings depending on availability. In the worst case, you will have units in different buildings that are approximately 1,700 feet apart.

- The apartments are located in a timeshare complex, and the pictures are from a typical unit, and the exact units are assigned at check-in. The exact view and layout may vary depending on the units assigned. (Specific views cannot be guaranteed). All the units are under common management and have similar furnishings, decor, and layout.

- Infants and children are counted towards maximum occupancy per unit.

- Some of the units are on the second floor, and stairs are required.

- Hot tubs are in another building.

-This is a multi-building property. Your unit is in a residential building, while shared amenities like the game room and gym are located in the main building for all guests.

-This is a timeshare property, but presentations are completely optional. If approached, feel free to decline.
