Please note - Private Outdoor Swimming Pool – Summer Only

One of the property's highlights is its private outdoor swimming pool, offering a wonderful space to cool off, enjoy family time or relax on sunny summer afternoons.

**IMPORTANT POOL INFORMATION – PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING**

* **Seasonal opening:** Mid-July to mid-September ONLY.
* **The swimming pool is NOT heated.**
* The pool is professionally maintained, with a pool maintenance company visiting once a week during the swimming season.
* Please be aware that maintenance staff will require access to the pool area during your stay. If this may be inconvenient, please let us know at the time of booking.
* The pool cannot be opened earlier or remain open later than the stated dates, as it is professionally treated and prepared for each season.

We want guests to have clear expectations so they can fully enjoy their stay.

With plenty of space to relax, dine outdoors or simply soak up the tranquillity, the garden is perfect for enjoying long summer days, family time and peaceful mornings with a coffee.

Whether you're unwinding in the sunshine or enjoying the fresh countryside air, the outdoor space provides a wonderful escape from everyday life. Our Gardener arrives every two weeks to maintain our grounds. They are quick efficient usually arrive early in the morning.

Parking & Additional Information
The property offers ample space for guest parking.

Please note that the owners' vehicle will remain parked discreetly to one side of the property during your stay. There is still plenty of parking available for guests.

**The Annex:** The separate annex, shown on the property floor plan, is used exclusively for the owners' personal storage and is not included in the guest accommodation. It will remain unavailable for guest use.
