Guests have full and exclusive access to the house and boat dock. Guest use of the dock does not include the boat lifts or the boathouse. Boat tie-up is permitted.

You can reach me through the app messenger between 7 am and 10 pm. This is the fastest way to reach me. Please call us after hours if there is an emergency.

We recommend backing into the paved driveway. It is steep. Otherwise, park at the top of the property.

The golf cart is not included. This house has a paved cart path, and you're welcome to walk it between the house and the boat dock.
