« This is a new property having only opened in the last few weeks. The room was clean, and well cared for except that the HOUSEKEEPING could have been more responsive and thorough. We had to request extra towels and a blanket for 2 days before we received them. The stair way doors were never cleanedâthey still had construction dust on them. « The staff were very helpful and friendly. They were so overwhelmed with the situation they had to deal with. There was no water two distant times. Plus the 1st room i had was terrible. Bad in the aspect that every single noise could be heard and was like an echo! I had absolutely no sleep the 1st night. So the girl was very nice and moved me to the 4th floor and it was much nicer. With the exception of not having water now that was a problem. But they did eventually get it fixed. »
