Rest peacefully in the queen bed and twin bunk beds, all adorned with fresh linens and pillows, ensuring a comfortable night's sleep. The full bathroom is stocked with fluffy new towels, adding a touch of luxury to your stay.

Leadville is a very walkable city, and this home is in the heart of downtown. Free off & on-street parking is included.

Altitude sickness is real. In Leadville/ Twin Lakes, the elevation can be up to 10,000 feet. Symptoms can include dizziness and nausea, so please be mindful of this. We cannot offer refunds for guests experiencing altitude sickness. If you anticipate being affected, we recommend obtaining insurance at the time of booking.
