« I’ve stayed at this place before and had a great experience. This time I found the cleanliness of the room wasn’t as good. There had been someone with muddy boots in there previously and had left marks on the carpet which had not been cleaned properly. The sheets were clean but the bed had been made roughly with not all areas of the sheets tucked in. Disappointing considering how good my previous stay had been. »

« The front office staff were not very helpful. We stayed over the weekend and after we booked found out there were no restaurant or breakfast options. We did try to cancel second nights accommodation within 20minutes of checkin, only to be informed the hotel would not refund/cancel second night. Also no service of room on a Sunday.
