When not enjoying the 2,000 sq ft of living space with a fireplace and central air, you will have easy access to major universities, golf courses, public transportation, hospitals, Sesame Place, farms, bike trails, and large shopping centers, all within 15 minutes. Centrally located, you can take day trips to Jersey beaches or PA ski resorts within 45 minutes, or to NYC within 75 minutes. When you want to relax, you can use or enjoy the reading nook, board games, TV and more.

The space
You will be able to relax in this spacious home gleaming with natural light in a peaceful neighborhood. The first floor has a bedroom with a queen bed, full bath and space to read or to set up the provided the Graco pack and play or a blowup toddler bed for your child.

The multi-functional galley kitchen has a Keurig, plenty of coffee and tea, a dedicated work area, Wi-Fi throughout, a breakfast nook with two bar stools, and all the kitchen utensils you need, along with a dishwasher for easy clean up.

The skylights, elegant decor, and reading corner give the great room a warm and refreshing vibe. The bar height, solid wood table seats 8 and can be accompanied by another little one with the easy to clean, no cloth Skip Hop high chair. The comfortable sofa turns into a queen-sized bed, and the open space makes it easy to see the 45 inch Roku TV from around the room.

You can go to the lower level with two XL twin beds, a sofa that converts to a bed with a memory foam mattress, and a 50 inch Roku Tv. The lower level sleeps four and there is a full bath. The laundry space is a room in itself, with a modern washer and dryer and fragrance free Tide pods.

When you want fresh air, there is a yard on the side with an outdoor space to enjoy the fresh air and surrounding greenery.

Guest access
Guests will have a private entrance and full access to the 2,000 sq ft, 2 floor guest house and side yard. This home is connected to another house with a private backyard by way of a garage (think L shape with the garage as the connector). You will have two parking spaces, your own entrance and privacy.

Other things to note
Roku Tv and Roku channels are provided, and you will be able to login (and logout) with your information to all of your favorite streaming apps (Netflix, Prime, HBO, Disney, etc).

The home has a whole home water softener with two filters (including a large carbon filter) that removes hard water, chlorine, pesticides and more. The water is smooth on your skin and healthy for your body. We do provide a filter on the fridge that is regularly changed, so the water is filtered twice over and safe to drink.

We follow Cleaning Protocols. We focus on making our guests feel comfortable. Feel free to contact me.

The space is child-friendly. When visiting, our 1 year old likes to do laps around the first floor.
