« The condo was as advertised, affordable, and just we needed for a week in Atlanta. It is an older building, but everything seemed to be kept up. There was construction on the first level that had signs it halt, probably a permit issue. We felt safe and all the people we ran into in the building were friendly. Pros: good location to interstate and downtown clean, had everything we needed secure access to the front door of building with someone at the front desk, security cameras responded...

« Very close walking distance to the world congress center for our convention, great restaurants nearby, and the staff on site were super polite. The room was clean and the host left clear instructions on how to do everything. You will need to park at one of the nearby parking lots and pay a daily fee, but that was the only downside for us on our 4 day stay. It was an easily navigable area and very quiet on our floor. Very secure building as well! »

« Comfortable, well appointed apartment. It looks just like the photos. My wife and I stayed for a long weekend here, it was a great place to stay. Communication with the owners was excellent. There’s even a neat YouTube video to show you how to get in when you arrive. A nice touch! »

« The room was clean and organized. Because of the long line and one person at the desk, check-in took longer than expected. The ice maker was not working and the one small ice tray had cracks throughout it, which made it difficult to use it to make ice. Also, there was chewed gum frozen in one of the only four ice cubes in the ice tray.YUCK It was impossible to adjust the water temp in the hallway bathroom. Water would be scalding or cold.
