Filled with natural light and tasteful dcor, the cottage features a queen bedroom, a cozy loft with two twin beds, a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and a modern bathroom for complete comfort. Step outside to enjoy your private beach just steps away, dine on the patio with mountain and water views, gather around the fire pit under the stars, and unwind in Muskoka chairs while taking in unforgettable sunsetsperfect for both adventure seekers and those craving a tranquil escape.

> Necessities not included: towels, sheets, blankets, and pillows.

> You can park right by the Tiny Home.

> Kindly be advised that only two vehicles are allowed.

> $200 deposit is required at check-in.

> Rate includes 2 occupants. An additional $10 fee applies per occupant, based on the accommodations maximum occupancy.

> One-time $29 dog fee required for up to a maximum of 2 dogs (if applicable). Please remember to add the dog fee before completing your reservation.

> We also have kayaks and canoes available for use at no cost (We provide life jackets for adults and kids).

> Included: Plates, Cups, Cutlery, Barbecue Grill Tools, Cutting Board, and French Press.

> There are communal showers in the park accessible to everyone.

> Check-in time is 3 pm - 6 pm. Please let us know if you want to check in after 6 pm to send you the late check-in instructions.

> Checkout time is 11 am.

> Limited phone network coverage in the park.

> WiFi is available in the cottage.



Payment Policy:

- You will be charged 50% of the total amount at the time of booking.

- The remaining 50% will be automatically charged 30 days before check-in.



Cancellation Policy:

A $20 administration fee will apply to all cancellations.

- Cancellations made more than 5 days before the arrival date will receive full refund (minus the $20 administration fee)

-Cancellations made less than 5 days are non-refundable.
