« We were in town for Joe Nall Week at the triple tree Aerodrome. We had never been to Anderson but found this beautiful home on VRBO. The pictures and description is exactly what you get. The home is a hidden treasure on the river. Everything is immaculately kept and everything you need is there. Just bring your suitcase and a few groceries and you have a perfect getaway. »

« Our recent stay at the Farmhouse was a very positive experience. We really appreciated all the cooking items, as we often prefer to cook our own meals if we can. The house had plenty of room and was well stocked with linens, towels, and other necessary items. My only knock is, if you do not stream, you may have a tough time with the lone TV in the living area. Other than that, very nice place. Owners communicated very well, and the location was close to downtown Simpsonville. »

« We had what could be a major issue that the host resolved quickly. Great communicator!! The property has a few little quirks typical for a VRBO. (Very limited counter space in the kitchen, door locks on the bathroom) Biggest win is the location. You can walk to numerous great restaurants. We had a golf weekend and there were some great courses in the area. »

« We had a great time at the lake house but felt there could be some improvements. The dock had a lot of nails coming up and some broken/rotted wood which worried us with the kids. There was no hand soap in any of the bathrooms and next to no dish soap in the kitchen. »

« We truly enjoyed staying at this Lake House. We had been staying at a Lake House at Lake Hartwell and Decided to Give Lake Greenwood a Shot......we were Not Disappointed. Catherine was very responsive and easy to work with. The House Has Everything You Need. We Never Left the House other Than Boat Rides. The Sun Deck Was an Added Bonus. Both Docks were Great. We did a Lot of Fishing off the Big Dock and Caught Alot of Catfish. The Neighbor LeeAnn was so Nice and Welcoming. We Will Visit...

« This lovely cottage was very clean, comfortable, and in a great location. It was just perfect for 3 of us to stay in while visiting family nearby. Communication with the host was great! We were there during a very hot summer weekend, and were amazed at how cool and comfortable the A/C wall units kept the place while silently running. Very impressive! (Seriously, they never even made a sound!) We highly recommend this cottage and look forward to staying here again soon! »
