All Notestone Reserve cabins are dog-friendly, so your pup is welcome too.

• Main Floor King Bedroom: Calm and comfortable, ideal for primary guests.
• Lower-Level King Bedroom: Bright and spacious, well-suited for another couple or older children.
• Lower-Level Queen Murphy Bed: A space-saving Murphy bed that converts the living area into a comfortable sleeping space at night.

Sherwood is part of a small collection of thoughtfully designed homes at Notestone Reserve. The property is intentionally arranged to offer a welcoming shared atmosphere while still providing private outdoor spaces and a peaceful sense of retreat.

• Pond update: Due to a leak, the pond has been temporarily drained while repairs are underway
• Free satellite WiFi; speeds may vary in this rural location
• Up to two dogs welcome ($100 pet fee; 1 crate provided)
• Wooded setting means occasional insects or wildlife may be present
• No parties, events, smoking, fireworks, hunting, or weapons
• Septic system: toilet paper only; no food down drains
• Hot tub rules apply (cover on when not in use)
• This home is in a rural area of Hocking Hills and 4WD/AWD is recommended during the winter months.

📋 Prior to Your Stay

A signed renter agreement is required. A $300 security deposit hold will be placed and released within five days after checkout, pending no damage or rule violations.
