Your 5 min from shopping in Saratoga springs or to view horse races. The only downfall was the 1,500$ deposit but the owner quickly responded and helped expedite to get my money back sooner. « This space is as noted and just a sweet spot! We appreciated the acoustic nature of the room as we played and recorded some music . Our main attraction was Hozier at SPAC and this was a great place to land after the show! Thank you helping with the chemical smell I do recommend unscented laundry soap and more natural cleaning projects! »

« A group of 9 friends and I set off for Saratoga for a weekend of fun and this is the perfect place to stay if you want short travel distances with a great area to stay. We will definitely be rebooking this same place when we come back down again! »

« Well appointed, clean, comfortable for 6, with enough space and chairs at the table for 8 at dinner. The location is right on the lake with a deck that looks over the water. Wifi was strong enough for us to work remotely. Owner was quick and responsive to fix our slow draining sink. Location was only a few minutes drive into Troy as we were there for the graduation, which made it convenient. »

« We arrived and didnt know what to expect. Everyone proceeded to choose the room that seemed to just fit. We enjoyed the opportunity to sit fireside and plan our days and even had a cook out. Nobody had any complaint about the house. If it were my property i would suggest a no shoes policy. I cant think of any other place i would prefer to stay . It was safe, the neighbors were very nice and our host was the best. Thank you for everything. »

« I rented this house for a work trip to the Belmont Stakes with a co worker. This place is immaculate and updated. The pictures do actually tell the story. Waking up right on the lake every morning was a great bonus. I would highly recommend this place. »

The host stocked the kitchen with essentials and provided excellent local eatery recommendations in the guidebook. The beds were comfortable and my teen was thrilled to find a pull out couch, which meant not having to share a room with his younger brother!
