The pool/spa can be heated upon request. Because of high gas usage, there is a $100 / day and $500 / week charge to heat the pool during colder months (October - April). Must request 24 hours ahead of time. The Pool and spa are connected and can not be heated separately.

***Do not touch pool equipment for any reason! No Parties or Events without any exception. We will know. We have noise monitoring devices on the outside of the property.

No Smoking inside the property or you will be fined $500 for cleaning fees.

This house is in a residential area. Quiet Hours are after 10PM. We will give you a warning if it's passed the acceptable decibel levels after 10PM. Then you will be fined $250 for the next violation. If you continue to break the rules, we will be forced to cancel your reservation without any refund .

This is in a quiet residential neighborhood. Less than 6 miles to The Strip, about 4 miles to Chinatown, this ideal location is close to all.

Dedicated game room for all ages featuring pool table, ping pong, electronic dart board, dual basketball game, 10 person poker table, electronic air hockey, and of course free YouTube TV to watch all of the games. Enjoy game area in the 2nd living room with lots of board games including oversized connect 4, premium solid wood tic-tac-toe, giant wood jenga, custom checker/chess game, uno, twister, scrabbles, candy land and many others. Outdoor fun includes cornhole, ladder ball toss, large inflatables for the pool, basketball pool, inflatable volleyball, water football, and other water games. This property truly has it all!

Additional queen and twin elevated airbeds can be provided for guests.
Pool will be heated up to 80 degrees upon request. In order to keep the pool warm during the winter season, we will have waterfalls run only a few scheduled times a day.

There are two children high chairs and a portable crib for infant available at the house.
