The Space:

Welcome to your “Vegas Oasis”!!!



We are one of the biggest vacation rentals licensed in Vegas. Great pool and outdoor area with tons of plants and palm trees and shade sails. Gigabit internet speed with Asus Zen Wi-Fi. We are close to everything. Easy Freeway access in multiple directions. Close to EDC and downtown. 1.5 Miles from the strip. The master bedroom is dope and very big, hard to hear from the rest of the house. You can shut the house into south wing and north wing in case part of your crew is trying to go to bed early. We 1 one of the 3 biggest licensed Airbnb's in Vegas.



*** Why choose a licensed vacation rental ? ***

95% of Airbnb’s are not licensed. Unlicensed vacation rentals are getting shut down by the cops all the time. Laws just changed in Clark County increasing the fines so you may be kicked out before your stay starts and have to pay high last minute rates to accommodate your group. Or even worse you might be stuck dealing with police or detectives and get kicked out mid stay instead of joining your vacation or work trip.

You’re just a short 5 minute Uber or Lyft ride away from everything that The Strip has to offer. You’re getting the best of everything Las Vegas has to offer while still having your own peaceful oasis getaway you can call home every night.



Unlike other Airbnb's we do NOT live in this home so you won’t have to worry about creepy owners looking over your shoulders, we treat this like we own and operate a 5 star hotel.



We use hospital/hotel grade cleaning staff after every visitor checks out. We aren’t just coming around with a moist toilette and wiping the dust off. Our professional staff removes all allergens and uses only natural non abrasive cleaning products. All of our linens are professional cleaned also.



We have round the clock customer service to ensure you don’t get locked out, or that if you have a problem everything gets handled and solved quickly with our world class customer service.



We look forward to having you in Phoenix House. We often have return customers come every year because once they experience Phoenix House’s world class accommodations and service it’s hard to go back to “normal” Airbnb's.

Phoenix House tends to book very quickly especially during conferences and events this is why it’s so important to book right away. There have been many times where someone fell in love with the Phoenix House and merely bookmarked our listing without taking action only to find out later that we had been booked and that they now had to stay at a random house in Vegas. Don’t let that happen to you. Book today and lock in your amazing Las Vegas vacation.



Guest Access:

Guests will have unlimited to access to most of the house minus the locked maids closets and garage.



Other Things to Note:

We can host up to 16 adults and additional guest under the age of 12 upon approval.

Because of the pool there is an additional pool waiver and rental agreement that is required to be signing before entering the property. It will be emailed directly to you and sign-able via Docusign once the booking is confirmed, lease submit valid ID directly thorough the app within 48 hrs of booking. Also, we do not charge the standard $250 security deposit most host charge.



This pricing on this property is set up to accommodate both smaller and larger groups. Please be sure to enter in your correct amount of guests when booking. If you have more than 16 guest's please let the host know for correct pricing.



An early check in/ late check out will always require a $250.00 additional fee each
