The living room features a queen-size pull-out sofa and Smart TV, providing comfortable sleeping accommodations for up to 6 guests.

The fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed for home-cooked meals, along with a microwave, washer, dryer, central air conditioning, and high-speed WiFi. Guests enjoy private access to the entire apartment through a smart lock with a personalized guest code.

1. Community Gate Access
This is a gated community. Guests must be added to the visitor list before arrival. Please provide the full name shown on your ID in advance so we can arrange gate access.

2. Community Amenities
Guests enjoy complimentary access to 2 swimming pools, a jacuzzi, fitness center. These amenities are located within the community and are not inside the apartment. Guests will need to walk to the clubhouse area and use the provided guest access code.

3. Third-Floor Unit
The apartment is located on the 3rd floor. Please note there is no elevator, and stairs are required.

4. Pet Policy
Pets are welcome with a small pet fee.

5. Additional Guest Fee
The base rate includes up to 4 guests.
For groups larger than 4, an additional guest fee of $10 per guest, per night will apply.

6. Accurate Guest Count Required
Please ensure your reservation reflects the correct number of guests and pets. Accurate occupancy information is required for liability insurance and community compliance.

Failure to disclose all guests or pets may result in additional charges or cancellation of the reservation.
