Guest access:

*) You will access the property through a smart lock
*) You can access to all area in the house, except Detached Garage (employees only).
*) If you want to use the grill, you will have to clean it yourself first. For windy day, outside furniture & pool may be dusty.
*) The propane fire pit cannot be used right now because it is under maintenance.


Other things to note:

If you are a guest on a Sunday evening please take out all the recycle and garbage cans and pull up to the end of garage curb. And if are staying on Monday, please place cans back in the property. We are really appreciate it.

Toddlers & children are to be supervised by adults during your stay and all areas surrounding the property.


Please note there is a security camera at the front entrance
There is a noise monitoring system installed on the property. This DOES NOT record conversations it just provides a decimal system alert to notify owner of excessive noise. This is in place so we can notify our guest if they are being too loud, prior to receiving city complaints

NO swimming in pool or spa past 10pm or before 7am

- Gas grill is available for use but please do clean before & after use. $100 cleaning fee if left dirty.
