Just 15 minutes from the lively Las Vegas Strip, this vibrant and colorful Airbnb is designed for fun and relaxation! The home features a private pickleball court, perfect for some friendly competition, and a sparkling swimming pool. The spacious outdoor area is ideal for gatherings, offering plenty of room for games, dining, and lounging under the stars. Inside, the house bursts with personality, showcasing bold, playful decor and stylish touches that create a cheerful, inviting atmosphere.

Our Airbnb property includes a pool, which is serviced every Wednesday. The cleaning person is scheduled to come for pool maintenance between 6:00am and 8:30am.
We kindly ask that you treat our home with the same care and respect you would your own. We’ve worked hard to create a clean, comfortable, and enjoyable space for all our guests, and your cooperation helps keep it that way!
• You will be held responsible for any damage to the home or its contents during your stay.
• If anything is broken or damaged, please notify us immediately so we can address it quickly.
• Absolutely no smoking inside the home. A cleaning fee will be applied if smoking is detected.
• No pets are allowed on the property.
• Please be especially mindful with our white towels and linens. These are high quality and difficult to replace. Any staining or damage will result in a replacement fee.
• No parties or unauthorized guests.
• Please keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM out of respect for our neighbors.
