Property is a duplex, you will have your own driveway, entrance, and all the space shown is your space only, including the indoor pool Completely private unit on huge lot. Everything is completely private. You have your own driveway, private entrance, and private Indoor Pool space all to yourself.

Each of the four bedrooms has two beds in them with brand new purple mattresses, 55 inch Tvs, and each room has it's own walk in closet, and there are 4 full bathrooms, a living room with power reclining couch and 65" TV.

There is also a whole home water softener, and reverse osmosis drinking water in the kitchen.

Please be respectful of the neighbors by keeping the noise to a minimum during the hours of 10PM-8AM.

The pool can be heated for an additional $65 per day. Without the heat the water temp will most likely be in the 70s. Many people find the water to be more comfortable at 84 degrees, especially in the winter months. Please let us know if you would like to pay extra for the pool heat.
