Inside, the living room has comfortable seating, a smart TV, and a fireplace. The kitchen has cookware, dishes, a coffee setup, and dining seating. Bedroom 1 has a king bed; bedrooms 2 and 3 each have a queen bed; bedroom 4 has two queen beds. There are three full bathrooms with towels and toiletries. Enjoy the pool table in the game room, plus outdoor dining and patio seating in the fenced backyard. Free onsite parking, Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, and self check-in are available. Guests have private access to the entire home; no spaces are shared.

Please note: the pool is not heated. Quiet hours are 9 PM to 8 AM, especially outdoors. No parties, events, smoking indoors, marijuana smoking on the premises, pets, or unregistered visitors. Children must be supervised around the pool. Exterior cameras monitor outdoor areas such as entrances and the driveway/backyard; there are no indoor cameras. The responsible renter must be at least 25 and present at check-in.
