The house is situated within a recently developed neighborhood where nearby properties are still undergoing construction. This may result in occasional noise during the daytime; however, overall, the area maintains a peaceful and safe ambiance.

-Early Check-Ins/Check-Outs-

While we strive to accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs, we can only guarantee such requests with a minimum of 48 hours notice.

-Security Measures-

To ensure the safety of our guests and property, we've installed Blink cameras on the exterior of the house, including the main entrance, front of the garage, sides of the house, side gate entrance, and backyard.

Recordings from these cameras are kept private and may be used for liability, monitoring occupancy, and enforcing property rules. Tampering with or disabling these cameras is strictly prohibited.

Additionally, to adhere to Clark County ordinance 7.100.170 ®, a noise monitoring device equipped with noise cancellation features is installed in the common area inside the house. This device alerts the property manager if noise levels exceed county regulations.

-No Parties or Events Allowed-

We strictly enforce a policy against hosting parties, weddings, or events to comply with Clark County ordinance 7.100.180. Loud noise or music after 10 pm, hosting large events, and smoking or vaping indoors are not permitted.

-Drinkable Water System-
The water in Las Vegas contains higher concentrations of contaminants compared to other major cities. Therefore, we've installed a new 4-stage water filtration and conditioning system designed to remove harmful contaminants and heavy metals from the water. Feel free to drink the tap from the kitchen sink on the right hand side as well as the dispenser water from the fridge.

-Others-
Restricted areas include the supply closet, which is locked to guests, and attempting to open it will trigger an alarm.
