This thoughtfully stocked, single-story Henderson home pairs three bedrooms and two full bathrooms with plenty to enjoy between outings. Whether you're enjoying a getaway as a couple or spending time with family, explore the Las Vegas Valley and come home to relax together.

We've created the kind of stay we appreciate when we travel, with comfortable linens, a well-equipped kitchen and little extras chosen with care. From the reclining sectional to the backyard patio, we hope you'll find your favorite spot to settle in.

Ease into the covered hot tub, enjoy a meal from the BBQ or settle around the propane fire pit as the evening cools down. Several seating areas, mountain views in the distance and a game of cornhole make it easy to spend time outside.

The hot tub is available from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily. Please follow the house rules and keep outdoor noise considerate.

Train tracks run nearby, and passing trains may be heard. Schedules and frequency can vary.

We've turned the garage into a space for friendly competition, a few laughs and one more game before bed. Pick your favorite, challenge someone to a rematch or pull up a seat and cheer them on.

Roku TVs are also in the game room and all three bedrooms. Sign in with your own accounts for subscription streaming services and sign out before checkout.

The kitchen is stocked for the meals that make a stay feel like home, from coffee and a quick breakfast to dinner everyone helps prepare. Spacious granite countertops provide room to prep and serve.

A comfortable night's rest matters to us. We've chosen the bedding and bedroom comforts with the same care we appreciate when we're away from home.

- Two optional single, self-inflating air mattresses for use in the living room
- Pack 'n Play available for younger guests

The three bedrooms have one California king and two queen beds. The optional air mattresses provide additional sleeping arrangements in the living room.

Each bedroom includes premium pillows, linens and sheets; a 55-inch Roku Smart TV; clothing storage with hangers and shelves or suitcase stands; nightstands, reading lamps and USB clock radios.

★ TWO FULL BATHROOMS ★

The primary bedroom has a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second full bathroom includes a bathtub.

Fresh towels and essential toiletries are ready for your stay, including Ginger Lily Farms shampoo, conditioner and body wash in shower dispensers. Mirrors, vanities and a hair dryer round out the everyday comforts.

★ WORK SPACE & THOUGHTFUL EXTRAS ★

If work is part of your trip, there's a desk and chair with basic supplies in the primary bedroom. The workspace is within the bedroom rather than a separate office. High-speed Wi-Fi helps with catching up on emails or planning the next day's outing.

A full-size washer and dryer make longer stays and tournament laundry easier. We've included a Pack 'n Play and high chair, board games, toys and books for younger guests, USB-equipped outlets, and first-aid and sewing kits.

★ YOUR HENDERSON HOME BASE ★

The home is approximately 18 miles from the Las Vegas Strip and 17 miles from Harry Reid International Airport. Drives can be around 20 minutes when traffic allows; travel times vary with your destination, traffic and events.

NEARBY, OFF-SITE RECREATION
- Mission Hills Park, less than two miles away: playground, seasonal splash pad, sports courts and open grass
- Black Mountain Recreation Center, approximately two miles away: fitness, recreation programs and seasonal swimming
- Henderson's Water Street District, around a five-minute drive by our estimate: restaurants, breweries and local places to explore
- America First Center in the Water Street District: scheduled public ice skating

These parks, courts and recreation facilities are off-site attractions, not private amenities at the home. Check current hours, access, admission and seasonal availability before going.

MORE WAYS TO EXPLORE
Lake Mead, Hoover Dam and historic Boulder City offer easy ideas for a day out. Other valley options include Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area, Valley of Fire State Park, Mt. Charleston, Lake Las Vegas, Sloan Canyon, Clark County Museum and Cowabunga Bay. Golf, shows, casinos and event venues give you plenty more to choose from. Plan around traffic and check current reservations and opening hours.

★ IMPORTANT STAY DETAILS ★

PARKING
Two parking spaces are available in the driveway. Street parking is also available; follow posted restrictions and keep neighboring driveways clear. The garage is a game room and is not available for vehicle parking. Please do not leave the garage door open for extended periods.

OCCUPANCY & GATHERINGS
Only the guests listed on your reservation may be on the property, with a maximum of eight people of any age at any time. No parties, events or large gatherings. Please make sure your reservation includes everyone in your group and review the house rules before booking. Violations can result in a $500 fine and cancellation without refund.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
Check-in is after 4 p.m.; checkout is by 10 a.m. You must request early check-in or late checkout in advance. Fees apply if these times are not followed.

CAMERAS & NOISE MONITORS
Four exterior Ring cameras monitor the front door, driveway, backyard and side of the house. They are active during stays and record video and audio. The backyard camera's view includes the hot tub from a distance. There are no indoor cameras. Noise monitors measure sound levels only and do not record audio or conversations.

NO SMOKING INDOORS
No smoking indoors or allowing smoke to drift inside. Smoke monitors are installed in the home. Please expect an inquiry if this rule is violated; fees apply if rules are not followed.

BE A GOOD NEIGHBOR
Our home is a licensed City of Henderson short-term rental in a residential neighborhood. Guests must follow local rules, the eight-person occupancy limit, quiet hours beginning at 10 p.m., no parties or events, and respectful noise control. Violations can result in fines or penalties charged to the guest. Please treat our year-round neighbors with the same consideration you would want at home and review the house rules before booking.
