The flat features a bedroom with a double bed perfect for a good night’s sleep, a modern bathroom with a shower, and a cosy open-plan living area incorporating a sofa bed – creating a versatile space to comfortably accommodate a third guest – as well as a 32-inch Smart TV, a dining area and a kitchenette equipped with everything you need to feel at home during your stay. The large windows flood the flat with natural light throughout the day, creating a pleasant sense of space.

For added convenience, the building in which it is located has a lift.

Its excellent location means you can walk to Las Canteras Beach in just a few minutes and enjoy a wide range of restaurants, cafés, supermarkets and shops. It’s the perfect base from which to explore Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, enjoy the beach, go surfing, take an evening stroll along the seafront promenade or simply unwind in one of the city’s finest spots.
