We have attended to every detail so you feel right at home from the very first minute:
Cozy living room: An ideal space to relax, featuring a TV, a comfortable sofa bed (perfect for an extra guest), and high-speed Wi-Fi that reaches every room.

Open-plan kitchen: Fully equipped and integrated into the living area, with everything you need to prepare your favorite meals.

Master bedroom: A spacious, quiet room featuring a double bed for a restful sleep and a small balcony—perfect for getting some fresh air—with pleasant side views of Las Canteras Beach.

Workspace: If you need to work remotely, there is a bright area specially designed for using your computer comfortably and staying focused.

Bathroom: A spacious, fully renovated bathroom with modern touches and a large shower where you can unwind after a day of sand and surf.

Laundry and surf area: The apartment includes a practical laundry room equipped with a washing machine and drying space. We have also set up a secure area specifically designed for storing your surfboard conveniently.

We will welcome you, and a few days beforehand, we will send you the access information for the accommodation, available from 3:00 PM.

The location is this apartment's greatest asset:

La Cicer Beach (Las Canteras): Just steps from your front door. This is the most youthful, sports-oriented area of ​​Las Canteras, famous for its volcanic sand and for being the city's surfing hub.

Alfredo Kraus Auditorium: An architectural landmark at the far end of the beach, less than a 5–10 minute walk away.

Las Arenas Shopping Center: Located right across from the Auditorium; ideal for shopping, catching a movie, or stocking up on groceries.

Plaza de Farray and Plaza del Pilar: The heart of local life, surrounded by outdoor terraces, specialty coffee shops, international restaurants, and tapas bars.

Surf Schools: Being right next to La Cicer means you are surrounded by the island's best surf schools and board rental shops.

Playa Chica and Peña de la Vieja (Las Canteras): A short, pleasant stroll along the promenade; ideal if you are looking for calmer waters for snorkeling.

El Confital Beach: A little further north, this nature reserve is perfect for enjoying spectacular sunsets and seaside walking trails.

Getting to and from the apartment is very easy:

From Gran Canaria Airport (LPA): You can take the Guaguas Global Line 60 (the blue buses), which offers direct service to Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, stopping at the Santa Catalina Station.

Connecting to the apartment: Once at the Santa Catalina Interchange, you can take a quick taxi ride (5 minutes) or use the Guaguas Municipales (the yellow city buses). Lines 17 and 47 will take you directly to the Alfredo Kraus Auditorium and Guanarteme area, just a short walk from Calle Covadonga.

Legal Registration: Mandatory for guests aged 14 and older (Order INT/321/2021). Access will be denied if online registration is not completed.
Quiet Hours and Noise: Please respect quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 10:00 AM. The apartment is equipped with a noise sensor. Exceeding 75 dB or tampering with the device will result in immediate cancellation without a refund.
No Smoking: Smoking is prohibited both inside the apartment and in the building's common areas.
Cleaning: Dishes must be left clean, and trash must be taken out of the building upon departure.
Pets: Pets are not allowed.
Visitors: Access is prohibited for anyone not included in the reservation.
